About

Lila Rosenberg (pronounced “LEE-lah”) is a writer, editor, and healing professional. Their name means “the divine play of the universe,” and this spirit of play is how they approach all of their work, helping clients to discover their voice and their story.

Their background bridges multiple worlds: the literary, the clinical, and the spiritual. They have an MFA in Fiction from Boston University, clinical training in behavioral health settings including work at McLean Hospital and Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and years of study in meditation, somatics, and ritual work from different wisdom holders. They are currently pursuing an MSW focused on clinical and child welfare practice.

They write across ages and audiences: for grown-ups and the child still living inside them; for kids just discovering the joy of a good book; and for middle-grade readers who need a story worthy of their attention. Grounded in play and never without a bit of mischief, their art is a reminder of our innate goodness and divine connection to the earth and each other.

They live in Berkeley, CA on unceded Ohlone land with their spouse and a toddler who loves buses.
